We offer an individual comprehensive & wholistic approach to assessing and achieving your movement, fitness, or post-rehabilitation program, or increasing athletic performance goals. Our caring and focused instructors are committed to ensuring we focus on these goals for each and every session. We offer privates, duets, and small semi-private sessions.
We are an education center and are proud to be the first branch of the Kane School/Kinected Pilates Comprehensive Teacher-Training, well-known for its combining of the traditional Pilates repertory with an intensive study of anatomy, biomechanics, injuries and palpation skills. ? We offer a comprehensive Bridge Program for those Pilates teachers already certified who want a deeper dive into anatomy and clinical perspective protocols.
